Safety of hot melt adhesive machine during installation

Safety issues of hot melt adhesive machine during installation;     

  1. When installing the hot melt adhesive machine, a correct and effective grounding wire must be connected. Any equipment using high-voltage electricity needs to have a grounding wire. If the grounding wire is not used, the components protected by insulators on any hot melt adhesive machine may still form a voltage conductor, resulting in the danger of electric shock.             

 2. According to the load required by the hot melt adhesive machine and its affiliated peripheral equipment, check whether the power cord and insulation protection used meet the requirements. The load of the wire must be higher than the rated power of the hot melt adhesive machine.

3. Ensure that the external voltage connected to the hot melt adhesive machine is in line with the hot melt adhesive machine itself. For example, the single-phase 220v hot melt adhesive machine equipment will damage the hot melt adhesive machine spraying equipment when using 380V power supply. For example, the single-phase 220v hot melt adhesive machine equipment can not meet the equipment design performance or may damage the hot melt adhesive machine when using a power supply lower than 220 V. When wiring, ensure that its power cord is correctly connected to the position of the external breaker.         

 4. Ensure that the hot melt adhesive machine (hot melt adhesive) operates at the specified voltage. If the voltage used is different from the specified voltage, it may cause the hot melt adhesive machine to burn down.
